Graphic Design Associate

Location: South Plainfield, New Jersey, United States of America

We are looking for a creative and talented graphic design associate to join our growing marketing team. The right candidate will have at least 2 years experience working in a fast-paced marketing group (corporate and/or agency) and excel at executing a variety of digital and print graphic design projects. Working alongside the product marketing and marketing operations teams, you will be responsible for creating and implementing graphic design campaigns within our business units. This includes projects for website, social media, e-mail direct marketing, video, corporate collateral, social media, and special events/trade shows.


Design e-newsletter templates and graphics, sell sheet and brochures for product services team. Support digital social media strategy by working closely with digital marketing associate. Execute design presentations and tradeshow material for marketing operations team. Create wireframes, website mockups, prototypes for public website and microsites while collaborating with creative and UX teams. Animate and edit webinar videos for marketing educational initiatives. Develop and execute brand, product and channel creative assets efficiently to drive engagement and sales.  Share in the creation, maintenance, and implementation of UI design standards and guidelines


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required (BA/BFA/MFA in design, formal training in typography, identity design, interactive design, or other relevant disciplines preferred)

  • Web-based design experience is a must

  • 2+ years of experience in front-end web development, web-based design and publishing is preferred

  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator

  • Strong ability to present web pages using HTML5/CSS with sound understanding Google SEO & web optimization

  • Familiarity with UI prototype software Sketch, Figma, Invision,

  • Familiarity with the following is a plus: Sitecore, JavaScript, XML, CMS

  • Must be an effective communicator (written and oral), highly motivated and detail-oriented

  • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and be a valuable contributor in a team environment

  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Bio-tech industry is a plus
