Customer Service Coordinator

12 month Fixed term contract

  • Providing technical and administrative support to customers.
  • Resolving order discrepancies with regards to shipping and order reception.
  • Management of logistics e.g. Couriers, Invoice discrepancies.
  • Coordination of GLP & next generation shipments to the US and Germany.
  • Management/Coordination of orders submitted online by customers.
  • Gathering customer feedback and recording within company database.
  • Ensure correct people/departments are made aware and kept up to date on all relevant customer issues.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service centric position.
  • Ability to speak French or German would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of biology or genetics preferred.
  • Proficient with computers, systems, and Microsoft Office suite products.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
