Responsibilities:

  • Gather revenue data and compile reports for management review
  • Shipping assistance (FedEx supplies, dropboxes, etc.)
  • Create customer contracts/agreements
  • Maintain relationship/correspondence with courier companies
  • Correspondence with customers as needed
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; providing backup coverage to the team as needed
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, relevant experience
  • Familiarity with MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Closely follow Standard Operating Protocol (SOP)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; both verbal and written are essential
  • Ability to react to situations with a “sense of urgency” and responsibility
